About Us

1990-1993

• In 1990, the sole proprietorship grew enough to become a corporation. The name was now Santino Complete Building Maintenance Inc.   Of course, to this day, it still receives junk mail under the original name. :)
• On April 30, 1993, Joseph M. Santino passed away, leaving the company to be run by Thelma Santino as the president and their daughter, Darlene Munson, as the operations manager.

1993-1999

• Santino Complete Building Maintenance Inc., grew in sales and personnel. Thelma Santino was preparing for retirement, and in February, 1990, Santino Complete Building Maintenance, Inc. ceased operations in February, 1990.

1998

• Darlene Munson formed a new S-Corporation called Santino Enterprises, Inc.

1999

• Santino Enterprises, Inc., purchased an office building with 6,000 square feet of training facilities and warehouse storage.

2002

• Santino Enterprises Inc, grew again to the point that professionals were hired to assess the current financial situation. In December, 2002, Santino Enterprises Inc, the S-Corporation was renamed Sabuma Investments Inc. Its sole purpose was to rent its building and assets to the final newly formed Santino Enterprises Inc took over operations as the building-service contractor.

2003

• In 2003, Sabuma Investments, Inc, ceased operations as a building-services contractor, and generated income gained from building rental and equipment rental went to Santino Enterprises, Inc.  At the same time, newly formed Santino Enterprises, Inc. took over operations as the building- service contractor.

2004-Current

• Santino Enterprises, Inc continues to operate as a full building service contractor offering affordable and superior cleaning services. We have long term, loyal, experienced and stable staffing. Which has created long and successful relationships with our employees and customers.
